The panel
A clear sheet under the cut pieces. 3 mm base plus 3 mm pieces is 6 mm, which is where fused glass wants to settle.
The pieces
At zero every join is a straight cut. Turn it up and the joins bow — a curve that swells out of one piece hollows into the one beside it, so they still fit exactly.

Printing
Set the scale to 100% and turn off “fit to page”. Big panels print across several sheets at true size — trim the margins, line up the corner marks and tape the back. A 50 mm check box prints first; measure it before trusting the rest.

How this stays a jigsaw
The panel is divided up first, then the joins between pieces are bowed into curves. A join belongs to exactly two pieces — the same curve that swells out of one hollows into the other by exactly as much — so the pieces still fit with no gaps and no overlaps.
That is also why no two curves ever cross each other. Every curve is a boundary between two pieces and nothing more.
Pieces marked saw in the list have an edge that curves inward. A concave curve cannot be scored and snapped, so those want a ring saw or patient grinding. Pieces marked hand curve outward only and will break to a score.
