Privacy
Short version: this site has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics and no ads. It doesn’t collect anything about you.
Last updated: 6 September 2026
What this site collects
Nothing on a server. There are no accounts, no contact forms, no mailing list, no comments and no analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing you do here is recorded by us or sent anywhere we can read.
Saved palettes stay in your browser
When you save a palette in the Color Pairing Tool, it’s stored using your browser’s own local storage on your own device. It is never uploaded, never transmitted, and we cannot see it. It doesn’t follow you to another device or another browser.
To delete saved palettes, either use the Remove button beside each one, or clear site data for this site in your browser’s settings.
Fonts are loaded from Google
The site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and that request tells Google your IP address, roughly when you visited and basic browser information. This is the only third party involved in loading a page here.
Google describes what it does with that information in its own privacy policy. If you’d rather this didn’t happen, the fonts can be hosted directly on this site instead — see the note at the bottom of this page.
Your web host keeps server logs
Like essentially every website, the company hosting these files keeps standard server logs, which typically include your IP address, the time of the request, which page you asked for and what browser you used. That happens at the hosting level, not in the site’s code.
Hosting for this site is provided by WPX Hosting, and their privacy terms cover those logs.
Links to other sites
Glass matches in the Color Pairing Tool link out to Bullseye Glass’s own product pages, and guides may link elsewhere. Once you follow a link you’re on someone else’s site under their privacy policy, not this one.
Children
This site is aimed at adults working with kilns. It isn’t directed at children and doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone.
Your rights
Data protection laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you the right to ask what personal data an organization holds about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because this site holds none, there is nothing here to request, correct or delete. Server logs held by the host are the exception, and requests about those go to the host.
Changes
If this site ever adds a mailing list, accounts, analytics or anything sold directly, this page will be rewritten before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
